Working hour:                     Monday – Friday (2nd on Saturday / month) Roughly Job Description:

• Monitoring and Control inventory transaction and balance systems up to date and accuracy.
• Monitoring and make sure that warehouse staffs can operate their jobs to achieve KPIs, compliance to quality and regulatory requirements (Safety & 5S and ISO.
• Analyst any barriers to improvement and solve problem to subordinates.
• Arrange warehouse procedure, space, and equipment to enough for goods volume and cover warehouse operation.
• Prepare annual budget and Control actual Warehouse expense.
• Coordinating with concerned department to ensure that goods are received and dispatched appropriately.
• Control and advice issue incident report when goods damage/loss/accident by root cause analysis /corrective/preventive action.
• Evaluate the staff working performance, an interview new staffs, training, motivating staffs to achieve company goals and control discipline of staffs.
• Support and assist management and handle all jobs which are assigned in order to make the company growth.
• Responsible for monthly reporting (warehouse productivity, material closing balance, KPI report and Inventory stock balance Report).

Qualification:

• Thai Nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistic and Supply Chain or related field.
• Computer Skill and Warehouse Management system
• Fair command of spoken and written English
• At least 5 years' experience control of warehouse or background in Manufacturing Business .
• Result Oriented, Initiative, Planning and organizing.
• Experience in Automotive Business and Knowledge ISO would be advantage.
• Experience with warehouse management software and databases.
• Able to work with individual at all levels and can work under pressure.
