The Company is Japanese business, now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as 

Legal and Compliance (Workplace in Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok)

Position :          Legal and Compliance

Location:          Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok

Business:          Automotive manufacturing

Working hour:  Monday – Friday, 8.00 AM – 17.00 PM  

Job Description

• Responsible for Legal and Compliance.
• Support in reviewing contract. advice on wide range of legal issues and implement effective compliance. 
• Legal research, legal consult.
• Organizing and preparing documents for board meetings and shareholders meeting
• Compliance risk assessment.
• Handling compliance control and monitoring tools and other compliance and control improvement scheme.
• Provide advisory on regulatory compliance issues.
• Reports of shareholder meeting resolutions and the publication of the meeting invitation letter
• Supervise the company and its subsidiaries in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance. 
• Other task as assign in related with compliance tasks.

Qualification

• This position, salary range around 25,000 – 35,000 THB 
• Experience to work in manufacturing will be advantage.
• Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher in Laws.
• Ability to communicate in English with foreign boss.
• Full spectrum in English work.
• Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel.
• Able to travel to work around Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok
• Company provides Bus transportation with variety of routes.
