Job offer: Sales Coordinator (Japanese-speaking)

Working hour:                       Monday – Friday (8.00-17.00)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assistant to Japanese Director
• Handling purchase orders, quotations, delivery control, and vendor management from Taiwan
• Primarily involved in importing (99%) and occasionally exporting (1-2%)
• Coordinating with BOI staff department
• Sales responsibilities include client follow-up and developing new clients and suppliers in Pathumthani, Ayuthaya, Samutprakarn, and Amata City in Thailand
• Required to travel overseas for business trips with the Japanese Director

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Minimum of 3 years' work experience in a manufacturing or trading company
• Knowledge of import-export operations
• Good in Japanese and English
