Responsibility
- Creating, executing, monitoring, and enhancing our digital marketing campaigns across all channels.
- Manages eCommerce budgets.
- Executes online brand marketing strategies.
- Coordinates online marketing efforts with approved agencies.
- Executes online marketing activities, including website deals and email marketing.
- Regularly audits brand.com for quality content and accurate translations.
- Uses B2B tools to increase online bookings.
- Drives online awareness and bookings for hotel F&B outlets.
- Executes OTA merchandising plans and tactics.
- Builds relationships with top OTA partners.
- Reviews hotel performance on eChannels.
- Assists in developing and executing marketing plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Have working experience in the hospitality industry.
- At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising or related field.
- Strong in marketing research, statistical analysis and website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
