Lead the development of marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

Oversee integrated marketing communications plans and manage agencies to enhance brand awareness across online, offline and on-ground channels.

Direct digital marketing and media strategies including online and offline media optimization.

Develop and execute PR and KOL strategies.

Establish partnerships to increase brand awareness and drive new user acquisition.

Launch marketing promotions and CRM campaigns to expand the user base and retain customers.

Ensure compliance with marketing processes, policies and regulations.

Manage and analyze campaign expenses in alignment with the company's development strategy.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
