Position: Area Manager (Japanese speaking N2, N1)

Working time:  Monday – Friday   08:30-17:30 P.M.

Job Descriptions:

• Identify and evaluate potential locations for new shop openings based on market analysis and strategic goals.
• Conduct site visits, negotiate leases, and coordinate with landlords and real estate agents.
• Manage the entire process of shop development from site selection to store opening.
• Translate documents accurately from Thai to Japanese to facilitate communication and operational needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor and report on project progress, budget adherence, and key milestones.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• Has experience in real estate site selection and lease negotiation, in the food retail or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Good in Japanese languages with strong translation skills, JLPT N2, N1
• Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel for business trips upcountry as required.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market research data.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
