Position: Finance Manager (Japanese speaking N3)

Working time:  Monday – Friday   08:30-17:30 P.M.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce financial policies, procedures, and controls to uphold compliance and manage financial risks.
• Check GL transactions on a monthly basis.
• Prepare IFRS 16 and deposit revaluation reports as required.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Analyze P&L statements and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain regular communication and coordination with Japan HQ regarding financial matters.
• Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making processes.
• Conduct financial analysis and assess business opportunities, investments, and projects.
• Maintain relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
• Contribute to budgeting and financial planning initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Manager, Controller, or similar role, preferably within the food industry or related sectors.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and practices.
• Advanced proficiency in financial management software (ERP systems, Excel, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Ability to strategize and resolve problems effectively.
• Proficiency in Japanese at JLPT N3 level or above.
• Experience in team management and leading financial projects.
