Job Summary:
  • Plan, manage, and control projects related to construction and infrastructure improvement within the company, including installation and enhancement of machinery/equipment, focusing on efficient resource utilization, budget control, and coordination with relevant teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet specified quality standards.Top of Form
Bottom of Form Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Plan and schedule project timelines for construction, renovation, and enhancement of infrastructure and machinery/equipment within the company.
  • Maintenance Planning: Develop and refine maintenance plans and predictive maintenance schedules based on processed and analyzed maintenance history data to anticipate potential issues and prevent maintenance.
  • Budget Management: Effectively control and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures to prevent budget overruns.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external teams such as engineering teams, maintenance teams, contractors, and equipment suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Quality Inspection and Control: Inspect and control the quality of construction work and equipment installation to meet specified standards.
  • Risk Management: Analyze and evaluate project risks and develop risk management plans.
  • Progress Reporting: Prepare progress reports and communicate project issues to senior management.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and advice to engineering and construction teams in the factory to achieve project objectives.
  • Development and Improvement: Propose new ideas and methods to improve work processes efficiently.
  • Maintenance: Plan and manage the enhancement of infrastructure and machinery/equipment maintenance in the factory for efficient and continuous operation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management in industrial factories or consulting.
  • Experience managing projects for upgrades, developments, or construction of facilities with budgets ranging from 50-100 million baht or more.
  • Experience in controlling the installation of machinery/equipment such as Steam Boilers, Dryers, Coolers, Bucket Elevators, and conveyor belt systems , or related machinery will be considered advantageous.
  • Management Skills: Proficient in project management, budget control, and risk management.
  • Industrial Engineering Knowledge: Understanding of construction processes, renovation, and maintenance of infrastructure and machinery in industrial settings.
  • Maintenance Planning Skills: Proficient in planning preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) activities, as well as ensuring the efficiency of machinery to support production.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills and ability to present work efficiently.
  • Coordination: Skillful in coordinating tasks with teams and stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Capable of leading teams and providing guidance to engineering teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to analyze problems and devise appropriate solutions.
  • IT Knowledge: Proficiency in using relevant computer programs for engineering and project management tasks.
