Job offer: Head of Production & Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

• To stabilize dual raw material flexibility and reach same rating and consumption norms as that of Caustic route i.e. SMBS 117 MT/day, SS 135 MT/day.
• Quality stabilization on consistent basis for SMBS/SS/Sigma plant operation.
• To continuously sustain rated capacity & Product Quality.
• Smoothen ETP operations to make it Zero Liquid discharge plant.
• Developing Production team for operating at high efficiency.
• To become more competitive through Manufacturing cost reduction & minimization of losses.
• Adapt New product development (KMBS, KTS, Sodium hydrosulphite).
• To achieve world class standard of Safety System through Consulting of Dupont.
• To achieve & sustain WCM Gold award.
• Ensuring compliance to SHE norms & satisfying Community.
• Understanding complete dynamics of Production, Warehouse and Logistics while keeping in mind Market requirements.
• Ensuring availability of Transporters for domestic supplies.
• Management of people and contract workers independently.
• Learning Seamlessness with interdepartmental Co-ordination for ensuring smooth flow of information and operations.
• Adapting to Internal customer concept as Department Head.
• Readiness to Environmental and safety issues from within and external sources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering – instrumentation or related field
• More than 8 years of experience in manufacturing (Preference is chemical /Petrochemical but if he has good knowledge we can take from any industry)
• Good – excellent in English communications
