Job offer: E-Commerce Supervisor

Our client is one of the sport retailers

Location: BTS Surasak

Salary: 50,000 - 70,000 (negotiable)

Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings and pricing submission on e-commerce platforms and the Brand.com and marketplace within set deadlines.
• Keep product details, including descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels, up-to-date and accurate.
• Oversee stock allocation and replenishment across all online platforms to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) and implement affiliate programs to boost brand visibility and e-commerce sales.
• Work with relevant departments to resolve issues related to online order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient shipping.
• Compile and submit monthly reports.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Comprehensive understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced digital environment, ensuring smooth e-commerce operations.
• Hands-on experience with various marketplaces ex. Shopee, Lazada, Shopify platform Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai.
