Position:                                   QA/QC Manager / QMR
Salary:                                     75,000 – 85,000 THB / month plus allowances
Welfares:                                 Bonus                         
Location:                                Pluakdaeng, Rayong
Working Day:                          Only Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
 
  • Maintain the QMS of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 by doing Management review and Internal audit.
  • Ensuring the process implementation, the realization and maintenance of the quality management system according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
  • Support customer audit and develop supplier.
  • Control the KPI’s of Quality, Delivery and then summary the report sends to top management.
  • Control the quality of customer claim, internal NC, and supplier claim.
  • Control of delivery to customer on time.
  • To respond and improve the quality and delivery trouble.
  • To do the report of corrective and preventive both quality and delivery and reply to customer.
  • To maintain customer satisfaction both quality and delivery.
  • To support APQP Team, FMEA Team, PPAP, SPC, MSA, Calibration, PCR
  • Receive any information from customer and transfer to both Top management and relate section.
  • To control the KYT, Kaizen and 5S activity.

Qualifications:
  • Male/ Female, age over 35 - 45 years old.                                             
  • Bachelor's degree of Engineering majored in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or higher in related fields.
  • At least 10 years in QA/QC and QMR with Automotive industry (Plastic Injection).
  • 5 years in management role as Asst. Manager level or Manager level.
  • Good command in English (speaking, writing and reading).
  • Able to speak Japanese would be a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking, technical skill and leadership skill.
  • Able to work under pressure.
