Our client is a leading food ingredient and agriculture manufacturer seeking for a talented R&D Manager to support their Agribusiness.
The ideal candidate shall have a strong background in agriculture or biotechnology and a proven track record in R&D. This role involves managing research studies, driving pilot-scale production, and establishing knowledge networks to ensure superior crop performance and product innovation.
The position will require travelling to the manufacturing site and managing a small technical team at the site while being based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, biotechnology, Agronomy, or a related field.
Research and Development experience in Agribusiness with a proven track record in project management.
Awareness of industry trends, technology, and developments.
Strong research, decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Experience in leading cross-functional teams, and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners.
Able to travel to the manufacturing site in the upcountry area.
