JOB SUMMARY
- The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a crucial role in the strategic leadership and financial 
- Management of Global Solutions, preparing the organization through its initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the stock exchange.

- Oversee all financial activities, ensure compliance 
with regulatory requirements, and work closely with the executive team to drive the company's financial 
strategy and performance.
DETAIL JOB SCOPE
IPO Preparation:
❖ Lead the preparation and execution of financial aspects for the IPO process, including 
financial reporting, compliance, and liaising with financial advisors, regulators, auditors, and 
underwriters.
❖ Ensure the company meets all regulatory requirements and standards for a successful public offering.
❖ Manage investor relations, including communication with potential investors and analysts.
Financial Strategy and Planning:
❖ Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business 
objectives.
❖ Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including budgeting, forecasting, 
and long-term planning
❖ Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial 
analysis and projections.
Financial Management
❖ Manage treasury functions, including cash flow management, banking relationships, and 
capital raising activities.
❖ Oversee tax planning and compliance, ensuring adherence to local tax regulations and 
optimization of tax strategies
Accounting & Financial Reporting:
❖ Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and 
regulatory requirements.
❖ Manage financial reporting processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial 
statements.
❖ Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure 
accuracy of financial data
❖ Manage relationships with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
Strategic Initiatives:
❖ Manage relationships with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
❖ Collaborate with senior management to identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities, 
including mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
❖ Provide financial insights and recommendations to support key business decisions and 
strategic initiatives
Leadership and Team Management:
❖ Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team.
❖ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the finance 
department.
❖ Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and drive financial 
performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Education: Bachelor’s /Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA, or any 
related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with 
at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience working with an international company and public company is an advantage.
• Professional knowledge in finance and accounting, GAAP, IFRS and TFRS
• Proficient in filing of all taxes and dealing with the Revenue Department
• Proficiency in ERP system and MS Office with strong MS Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and management or 
leadership skills
• Excellent communicator and presenter, fluent in Thai and English
