Job Title: Japanese Speaking Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese and international clients, providing exceptional service and support.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: JLPT N2 level Japanese and business proficiency in English are required.
• Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in an international sale, especially in Automotive or electronics market. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to navigate cultural differences and effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Willingness to travel both of domestic and oversea as needed to meet with clients and Japan headquarter and attend some industry events.
