Job offer: Territory Sales Manager

Our client is a medical devices company. 

We are looking for a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive the growth of the stent graft product line within the assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for the stent graft product line within the designated territory.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
• Product Knowledge: Deliver in-depth product presentations and training to healthcare professionals, demonstrating the clinical benefits of our stent graft products.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the medical devices industry, preferably in cardiovascular or vascular products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including hospital procurement processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the territory.

• Good in both Thai and English.
