Hiring: Sales and Customer Service (Japanese Speaking)

Location:  Bangkok 

Working hours: Monday – Friday

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all customers, potential customers, and leads.

• Use effective sales techniques to increase revenue and promote company brand.

• Generate relationships with customer and providing information about facilities and services. 

• Explain the details and requirements for attending a sales presentation to potential customer.

• Check if individuals qualify for preview package sales or tours before scheduling them.

• Offer gifts, promotions, and service to ensure customer satisfaction and increasing revenue.

Requirement:

• Experience in sales, customer service, direct marketing, direct sales, or hospitality.

• Fluent capability in Japanese and proficient in English (JLPT N2 plus).

• Demonstrated ability to generate business through personal contacts and referrals.

• Strong communication skills.
