Job offer: Network Operations (Specialist)

Position: Network Operations (Specialist)  
Salary: up to 65,000 THB 
Location: Bangkok - BTS line 
 
JAC Recruitment is helping an international IT service provider company find potential Network Operations (Specialist)  to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of an organization's network infrastructure. 
 
Responsibilities:   
   

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues (both hardware and software) 

• Provide consultation to clients / internal organizations during the troubleshooting process. 

• Maintain and configurate network/ security devices (e.g Cisco, Pal alto, Prisma, VPN, SDWAN Viptela) 

• Supervise junior members during the troubleshooting process. 

Requirements:   
   

• 3+ years of experience in related roles. 

• Bachelor in computer science, computer engineer, or a relevant field   

• Practical experience in Cisco switch, Cisco Wireless controller, Palo Alto firewall, Aruba clearpass, Fortigate, Velocloud SD-WAN, and Next-Generation Prisma Firewall Palo-Alto, also with IOS upgrade   

• Extensive skills at routing and switching  (mainly TCP/IP), also with Zabbix and SolarWinds 

• CCNP, CCIE or other related certifications would be a plus. 

• Communicative in English 

• Good communication and project management skills. 

• Service-minded and good team players
