Job offer: Japanese Speaker IT Section Manager / Ayutthaya / Up to 150K

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to ensure the integrity, availability, and security of overall OT zone, IIoT systems and network as well as cyber security. 

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of OT infrastructure for IIoT systems for the enterprise and clients.

• Ensure seamless integration of OT and IT systems to enhance operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support the deployment and management network.

• Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security strategies for IIoT hardware and software.

• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate security threats.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to OT and cyber security.

• Manage OT infrastructure and cyber security projects from conception to completion.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

• Monitor project budgets and resource allocations.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in OT infrastructure and cyber security.

• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the security and efficiency of IIoT systems.

• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness of security measures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on OT infrastructure and cyber security.

• Proven experience with IIoT hardware and software systems.

• Strong knowledge of cyber security principles, practices, and technologies.

• Experience with risk management and regulatory compliance in an OT environment.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
