Qualifications: 
•  Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related. 
•  Over 10 years in the industry (ISO9001 knowledge is good) 
•  Age 33-40 years old.

 
Job Description: 
•  Control attendance, punctuality, discipline, 5S and follow up as company rules and 
regulation of subordinates. 
•  Plan to meet the production schedule by organize the manpower, material and 
equipment. 
•  Plan and organize to meet company objectives target. 
•  Improve productivity, quality of production, reduce, rework and scrap cost, control 
cost of indirect material. 
•  Monitor & control labor efficiency and improve man hour per unit. 
•  Handel training in-process work of manufacture for new employee and improve skill 
subordinate to multi skill. 
•  Follow ISO, quality, environment and occupational health and safety policy. 
•  Analyze and solve problems relating to process abnormalities and improve the 
capacity meet to targets. 
•  Coordinate with manufacture team.
