Position: Director of Logistics and Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance schedules for all logistics equipment and vehicles.
• Ensure timely and effective repair and maintenance to minimize operational disruptions.
• Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the safety and reliability of equipment.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external service providers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company
• Track and analyze maintenance performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, costs, and equipment performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Engineering or a related field.
• 10 years’ experience in management.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, equipment, and best practices. (Truck, Heavy machinery)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
• Good Communications.
