The Quality Supervisor / Manager will oversee and manage the quality assurance processes in the plant's set-up phase and subsequent operations. This role involves ensuring that all products meet quality and safety standards as per the company’s guidelines and regulatory requirements. The Quality Supervisor will play a key role in establishing quality procedures, training staff, and implementing continuous improvement practices.

Salary: 40,000 – 60,000 THB / month

Working Day: Only Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Plant Manager and other departments to establish the Quality Assurance processes during the plant set-up phase.
Develop and implement quality control protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) tailored to the new facility.
Ensure all quality equipment and tools are calibrated and in place before production starts.
Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the quality control team.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
Conduct regular audits of production processes, product specifications, and quality systems
Implement corrective actions for any identified non-conformances or quality issues.
Ensure the plant meets all local, national, and international food safety standards and regulations
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, including HACCP, GMP, and ISO certifications.
Prepare for and lead third-party audits and inspections.
Train quality control staff on new processes, SOPs, and best practices in food safety.
Develop training materials and programs for continuous education on quality standards.
Mentor and develop the quality team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Implement and monitor KPIs related to quality and safety.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all quality control processes, inspections, and audits.
Generate reports on quality performance, non-conformances, and corrective actions for management review.
Ensure all records are kept up to date and easily accessible for regulatory and internal audits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in food science, Microbiology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role within the food manufacturing industry.
Experience with plant start-up is highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO standards, and food safety regulations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
