Job Summary :
The Deputy CEO will support the CEO in driving strategy, operations, and business growth within the palm oil and biodiesel sectors. This role focuses on overseeing business development both domestic and export, leading projects initiatives and drive revenue of the group company. 

 

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership : Collaborate on long-term business strategies, ensuring growth and sustainability.
• Business Development : Identify new market opportunities, build partnerships, and drive product innovation.
• Financial Management : Assist in budget planning and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control.
• Sustainability : Promote sustainable practices aligned with RSPO and environmental standards.

• Leadership : Lead and develop management teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

   

Qualifications :

• 10+ years of senior management experience, ideally in palm oil, biodiesel, or renewable energy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of green energy frameworks and operational excellence.

• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
