System Engineer 

• Deliver comprehensive technical support, addressing troubleshooting needs and ensuring seamless system maintenance for clients.
• Lead the implementation of advanced engineering systems.
• Craft detailed documentation that supports operational efficiency, including configuration guides and implementation manuals.
• Collaborate closely with international partners and vendors, driving the design, deployment, and resolution of complex system issues.
• Serve as a technical resource for the Sales and Technical Sales teams, providing valuable insights and expertise to drive business success.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in system support, implementation, or IT planning and management roles.
• Prior experience in the engineering software industry is a strong asset.
• Solid understanding of IT ecosystems, covering hardware, software, operating systems, servers, storage, networking, and databases.
• Familiarity with PDM, PLM, and CAD VDI technologies (e.g., Citrix, VMWare, HP Anyware) is a significant advantage.
• Excellent command of English, with strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
