Job vacancy Senior Accountant(Pattanakarn)

Responsibility

• Handle customers and venders billing & invoices (check correctness of invoices& Tax invoices)
• Handle documents received back from the bank after payment made to vendor (service tax invoice, WHT, pay -slip), filing as payment voucher together with original vendor invoice.
• Review payment proposal, mapping with vendor invoices, check correctness of assign WHT / missing assign WHT and alert for correction.
• Collect Purchase Tax invoices (filing, copied, check completeness of physical tax invoices and VAT report)
• Prepare Withholding-TAX and attachments.
• Financial Administration: Assist in basic financial tasks, such as processing expenses, managing petty cash, and coordinating with the finance team.
• Account Receivable – Verify receipt of payment, issue tax invoice, reconciliation with output VAT report and,
• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all financial activities are properly documented and organized. 
• Support month end closing.
• Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register.
• Continuously look for process improvement.
• Preparation of Management Reports 
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecast
• Support in statutory audit, corporate tax reporting and secretarial matters.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in accounting & finance in any business industry.
• Good command of English both spoken and written, able to communicate to foreign customers. 

• Computer literate (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook) and familiar with several accounting applications.
