Job offer: Sr. Recruitment Supervisor

Position:                 Sr. Recruitment Supervisor
Salary:                    ฿70,000- ฿80,000 per month
Location:                Bowin, Sriracha, Chonburi.
Working Day:         Monday - Friday (8.30am- 5.30pm)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a staffing plan aligned with business objectives.
• Establish and update recruitment policies, processes, and forms.
• Oversee all aspects of recruitment, including sourcing, selection, and hiring.
• Establish and maintain recruitment channels, manage the recruitment budget.
• Submit reports on hiring trends, turnover rates, and candidate feedback.
• Manage the organization’s structure.
• Develop and update job descriptions in a timely manner.

Qualification:

• Any gender, bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 8 years of experience in recruitment.
• Independent, positive, with strong teamwork skills.

• Proficient in English, with excellent reading, writing, listening, and speaking abilities.
