Job offer: Production planning and Control Manager

Responsibilities:

• Production Planning:

• Monitor and analyze forecast data to estimate capacity requirements and develop production plans.

• Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer demands efficiently and cost-effectively.

• Manage raw material inventory levels to ensure timely availability for production.

• Optimize production capacity to maximize output and minimize costs.

• Supply Chain Coordination:

• Coordinate with various departments, including purchasing, manufacturing, and logistics, to ensure smooth production flow.

• Oversee import/export operations and manage warehousing activities.

• Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks and disruptions.

• Problem Solving:

• Proactively identify and address production planning challenges.

• Implement effective problem-solving strategies to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment.

• Proven experience in production control, inventory management, and logistics.

• Strong understanding of automotive planning processes (preferred).

• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of ERP systems.
