Responsibilities:
Risk Management:
• Assist in the implementation of Risk Management Framework including
o Risk Appetite Statements and Metrics
o Risk profiling and Controls Self-Assessment
o Incident Management
o All categories of enterprise risks, e.g. Business Continuity Management, Outsourcing Risk Management, Fraud Risk Management, etc.
Compliance:
• Assist in maintaining register of all regulatory obligations and relevant controls, track controls implementation status thus ensuring that the company fulfils all its compliance obligations
• Assist in implementing Risk and Compliance policies and procedures
• Coordinate regulatory reporting/submissions
• Coordinate actions over regulatory and other insurance bodies’ announcements and circulars
• Assist in the review of regulatory releases and preparation of responses to regulator’s requests for information or reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
- 3+years’ experience in risk-based audit/ risk management and/ or compliance related function in insurance industry experience
- Strong knowledge of risk and controls management and regulatory risk management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills both English and Thai language
Able to establish effective relationship with peers and stakeholders across all levels.
