Working Period:            Mon-Fri, 08:00 – 17:00 hrs.

Job Responsibility

• Performed general procurement tasks such as sourcing and selecting suppliers (Domestic and Oversea), handling price negotiations, control and follow up shipment process to ensure that the products were perfectly received.
• Coordinated with Japan headquarter and other departments to monitor and solve issues regarding the products quality, products designs and products shipment.

Qualification

• Proficiency in Japanese conversational skills (JLPT N2+)
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• 1-2 years of experience in various fields if procurement/ purchasing would be perfect.
