Job Title: Japanese Speaking IT Project Coordinator (Software Development)

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Support: Assist in managing the timeline and progress of software development projects, ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule.
• Communication with HQ in Japan: Act as the main point of contact between the local team and Japanese headquarters, facilitating smooth and clear communication in both Japanese and English.
• Documentation and Reporting: Translate and prepare project-related documents, reports, and presentations in both languages to ensure all stakeholders are up to date.
• Meeting Coordination: Organize and participate in project meetings, handling interpretation when necessary to support cross-functional collaboration.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during project execution by collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, project managers, and external clients to ensure smooth coordination throughout the development cycle.

Qualifications:

• Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N3 or higher) is required.
• Proven experience in project coordination or management , preferably in the software development or electronics industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with remote teams or international companies is an advantage.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
