Position: Predictive & Design Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities: 
•    Supervise and oversee the collection of designs, detailed information, and test results of machinery and equipment, and ensure they are submitted to the central system. This serves as engineering data for other departments such as the maintenance department, operations department, and procurement department.
•    Supervise and oversee the analysis of machinery and equipment test results to accurately forecast spare parts needed for maintenance. This allows the planning department, maintenance department, and procurement department to proceed accordingly with the maintenance program.
•    Plan and monitor the sourcing of spare parts or alternative technologies for outdated or discontinued parts and equipment to prevent production failures or unplanned shutdowns when damaged or worn parts cannot be replaced promptly.
•    Develop maintenance plans and procedures for machinery and equipment in accordance with the operation manuals, ensuring proper and suitable practices that allow continuous and efficient plant operation.
•    Plan and monitor the analysis and inspection of problematic equipment and machinery to identify the cause and find the most accurate and efficient solution.
•    Supervise and oversee the prioritization of machinery and equipment to ensure correct prioritization in inspections and maintenance.
•    Ensure responsibility for environmental and safety concerns in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
•    Bachelor Degrees in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Instruments Engineering.
•    7 years of experience.
•    Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
•    Able to work under pressure
