Job offer: MAINTENANCE MANAGER - Packaging Process

Position:            Maintenance Manager – Packaging Process Machinery

Industry:            Manufacturing 

Location:           Samut Prakarn

Salary:               100,000 – 120,000 THB / Month

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance operations for pharma process and packaging lines, ensuring reliability and efficiency across blister, sleeve, cartoning, shrink, and bottle packing lines, as well as oral solid dosage equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate breakdowns, reduce maintenance costs, implement energy-saving measures, and enhance safety protocols.
• Coach and lead a team of senior technicians and technicians, fostering skill development and implementing standardized processes.
• Enforce adherence to work instructions (WI) and standard operating procedures (SOP), ensuring consistency and quality.
• Initiate and oversee productivity enhancement projects, leveraging problem-solving skills to optimize maintenance costs and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years of maintenance management experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial leadership role.
• Experience in the Food & Beverage or Pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
• Proficiency in both English and Thai (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Proven experience working with multinational teams and expatriate colleagues.
• Strong track record in executing greenfield projects or brownfield expansions.
