Job Title: Japanese Speaking Sales Planning [Assistant Manager] 
Location: Klong Toei, Bangkok (BTS accessibly)  
Salary: 40,000-60,000 THB 

Working condition: Monday – Friday 08.30-17.30
Employment Type: Permanent 

Key Responsibilities:

• Summarize sales volume reports and provide insights to management
• Control and manage the sales budget effectively
• Organize and maintain sales documentation with accuracy
• Work closely with Japanese management to support sales initiatives and strategies
• Analyze market trends and provide data-driven recommendations for sales planning
• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and targets

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and English
• Bachelor's degree in any fields. 
• Proven experience in sales, sales coordinator, or a related role (minimum 3 years)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience working in a FMCG industry is a plus.
