Position: Application Support

Location: Rama3 Bangkok (Hybrid)

Salary: Negotiable

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Application maintenance such as providing first-line support for software applications, ticketing, troubleshooting 

• Delivering support to existing business users and investigating and resolving application errors. 

• Perform test cases for application testing. 

• Responsible for Application Testing. 

• Updating and maintaining technical documentation and procedures

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science / Software Engineering or related 

• More than 2 years experience as an Application Support Analyst 

• Programming language such as PL/SQL

• Knowledge in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) 

• Knowledge of Oracle Database. 

• Good English communication
