Working days : Mon - Fri (On-site 100%)
Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive IT support services.
Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, network hubs, and security systems.
Manage and oversee the network infrastructure, PCs, telecommunications (including PABX), and IT devices within the Bangkok office.
Ensure all software licenses and contract renewals are in compliance with company policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer systems, email, networks, printers, and other IT-related equipment.
Liaise with the head office, suppliers, and service providers for inquiries and equipment maintenance.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in IT support, network management, and systems maintenance.
Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems.
Understanding of software licensing, compliance, and contract renewals.
Ability to work effectively with external vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
