Job offer: Data Engineer Team Lead

Highlight

Location :  Bangkok 

Working days : Mon - Fri (Hybrid working)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of data engineers to deliver successful data projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Acting as a subject matter experts of Data Engineering perspective, to design and implement scalable data architectures for both on-premise and several cloud environments.
• Build and optimize end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and development teams to integrate data solutions into existing systems.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance, while promoting best practices in data engineering.
• Guide and mentor team members, supporting their professional development.
• Work with sales teams to understand client needs, propose solutions, and ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• More than 8 years of experience in data engineering, (enterprise-level architecture design would be advantage)

• Experienced in managing data teams, with strong leadership skills.

• Expertise in several cloud technologies (AWS, Azure : familiarity with all is an advantage).

• Strong abilities in client engagement, and proposal development.

• Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent communication.
