The Company is Japanese, now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as 

HR Payroll & Evaluation Staff (Workplace around MRT Silom, BTS Saladaeng, Bangkok)

Position :          HR Payroll & Evaluation Staff

Location:          MRT Silom, BTS Saladaeng, Bangkok

Business:          Engineering Service 

Working hour:  Monday – Friday, 8.30 AM – 17.30 PM  

Job Description

• Handle HR tasks in payroll, performance management, evaluation.
• Handle personal data centre.
• Payroll, calculation, time attendant, timesheet, and coordinate with payroll outsourcing.
• Salary calculation, deduction, OT calculations in hight volume, provide student loan, housing loan, provident fund, SSO calculations, submitting PND.1, provide company license.
• Handle payroll process following Thai Labour laws.
• Using Excel in doing payroll, OT calculates.
• Employee data in and out control, probation control.
• Performance appraisal
• HRM system improvement.
• Handling Welfare & Benefits for all staffs, claim, insurance, SSO, provident fund.
• Support HR in other functions as assigned. 

Qualification

• This position, salary around 25,000 - 35,000 THB 
• The candidate is required over 3 years in HR, payroll, performance management.
• Experience to create regulations in English and Thai.
• Knowledge in Thai Labour Laws.
• Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher in HR or any related fields.
• Ability to communicate in English with foreign boss. Available to work in pressure, proactive, rush environment.
• Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel
• Able to travel to work around MRT Silom, BTS Saladaeng, Bangkok
