Job Summary:

As an HRBP Manufacturing Manager/Senior Manager, your key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating closely with BU Heads, Directors, and the HR team to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Overseeing HRM and HRD planning, processes, policies, and practices.
• Leading recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes to meet timelines.
• Managing performance appraisal and management systems as per the schedule.
• Gathering data and delivering insightful reports with analysis on key HR metrics.
• Fostering a positive workplace culture to boost employee morale and build highly engaged teams.
• Keeping up with HR trends and offering recommendations for potential improvements.
• Leading or participating in various projects as assigned.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:

• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) and in Thai.
• A bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in manufacturing field.
• Strong understanding of HR legal and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, self-motivation, independence, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Analytical with initiative, strong interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Capable of implementing innovative HR strategies, managing change, and handling multiple projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work in Bangpoo, Samut Prakan, and Bangna, Bangkok.
