Job offer: QA Supervisor (Plastic Injection)

Our client is world’s leading technology in automotive& electronics industry, they are looking for potential who can fulfill their requirement as following;

Position:                   QA Supervisor (Plastic Injection)
Salary:                      28,000 – 40,000 THB / Month
Welfares:                   Bonus and OT is applicable             
Location:                   Amata City, Rayong
Working Day:            Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturday)
Business Type:          Automotive& Electronics Manufacturing
Responsibilities: Managed customer complaints and claims, including warranty claims,and acted as the customer representative for quality issues Conducted quality problem analysis to find root causes using QC tools, ensuring no recurrence of complaint issues. Handled quality issues in both process defects and supplier defects. Led supplier development initiatives to address quality issues and reduce supplier defects. Oversaw customer audits and IATF16949 audits, serving as an internal auditor for internal audit activities. Facilitated quality problem-solving analyses. Supported customer activities. Participated in FMEA reviews with the new model team. Implemented SPC control to stabilize processes for process capability analysis. Trained and standardized work processes.
Qualifications:                                     Bachelor’s degree in engineering or industrial technology, or higher in related fields. At least 5 years of experience in QA/QC within the automotive industry, preferably with knowledge and background in plastic injection process. A few years in a management role as a supervisor, chief, or leader. Proficient in English as the interview will be conducted in English. Japanese language skills would be a plus. Strong analytical thinking, technical skills, and leadership abilities. Capable of working under pressure. Must have own transportation.
