Job offer: Brand Design Lead, APAC

Our client is a consumer goods company.

As the Brand Design Lead for the APAC region, you will report to the HQ Brand and Design team and the APAC Hub, managing the design direction for the APAC region. Your main task is to ensure all design work aligns with global brand guidelines and maintains high creative standards across the region

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage APAC branding requests via the HQ’s communication tools.
• Lead and mentor local designers while working on HQ projects, adapting them for the APAC market.
• Build strong relationships with local designers, review their work, and provide support for local marketing efforts.
• Standardize design resources across markets, offering templates and guidelines for product presentations, exhibition materials, and promotional content.
• Act as a link between HQ and APAC to ensure brand consistency and share best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Design Management or related fields.
• More than 7 years of senior designer, brand designer, design manager or art director experience.
• Expertise in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator; experience with Frontify and Miro is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing excellent brand design, layouts and packaging for FMCG or retail products.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Self-motivated, organized and comfortable working remotely across different locations.
• Fluent in Thai and English
