Working day: Monday to Saturday (8 Hrs./day)
Function Description (Overview)
The position assists Construction Manager and Business Manager
Administration and clerical work collaborating with accountant staff in Bangkok, such as creating and organizing documents, arranging personnel travel, transportation and accommodation, application to client and government maintaining office condition, recording and maintenance cost account.
Role and Responsibilities
Administration and Clerical
- To create documents as per instructions, form Construction Manager, Business Manager,
accounting staff in Bangkok by MS Excel or MS Word.
- To print out and manage the files, records, and drawings.
- To manage travel arrangement such as ticketing, hotel reservation, transportation, etc.
- To take care expatriates work and living conditions such as accommodation, visa/work
permit issues, transportation, etc.
- To support and care in case of accident / sick, etc. for expatriates as well as local staff at
Site.
- To maintain condition such as maintain the inventory of office supplies and consumables, IT
set up and cleaning.
To coordinate with local authorities or client for application or notification
Qualifications
3+ years of experience an administration/secretary experience.
High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor's Degree
Microsoft Windows, Office365 (Teams, etc.), Excel, Word, Outlook
Good cooperativeness, activeness, and being reactive.
Supportive mind & attitude and prompt action/reply.
Business or fluent in English.
