Job offer: R&D Manager (Pet Food)

Job Description
•    Invent new products and collect recipes to develop more nutritious recipes.
•    Continuously collect, develop and research recipes for dog and cat food products both existing products and new products development.
•    Calculate the cost of raw materials to align with budget.
•    Support and provide technical advice to other departments in terms of customized order for customers e.g. standards and formulas for relevant parties.
•    Improve product quality or reduce product costs in terms of raw materials, packaging, and production processes.

Qualification
•    Bachelor’s degree in science, animal science, veterinary medicine, food science or any related fields.
•    Experience over 5 years in Research and Development fields from pet food for dog and cat manufacturing in must.
•    Strong knowledge in nutrition formulation, production process and developing pet food recipes for dog and cat.
•    Ability to provide a consultancy for customers with sales team for customized products.
•    Knowledge of standard systems; ISO9001, BRC, GMP, HACCP, SUCI, AAFCO etc.
