Position: Sales Manager (Japanese-speaking)

Industry: Hospitality

Location: Asoke

Working hours: Monday - Friday (Flexible hour 8.00-6.00 P.M./8.30-6.30 P.M./ 9.00-7.00 P.M.)

Salary range: 50,000 – 60,000 THB/Month

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
• Develop new B2B clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driving license.
• Business Level or Native Level proficiency in Japanese.
• Business Level proficiency in English.
• At least 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
