About the Role

As a Process Engineer, you will work closely with both the sales and production teams to develop and introduce new products into manufacturing, ensuring they meet customer needs. You will also play a key role in improving workstation layouts, optimizing production lines, and implementing innovative manufacturing techniques.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating with production teams during new product start-ups.
• Improving workstation layouts for safety and efficiency.
• Analyzing product specifications and developing new production processes.
• Solving product issues to enhance functionality and quality.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A degree/diploma in Science, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Material Engineering, or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in AutoCAD, and familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA).
