Position: Recruitment & Training Specialist Salary: ฿20,000- ฿35,000 per monthLocation: Chonburi. Job description:
-Manage the recruitment process in alignment with the company's targets.
-Conduct interviews, select suitable candidates, and coordinate with department managers to facilitate the selection process.
Provide an annual manpower plan in accordance with the company's goals and requirements.
-Post job advertisements for vacant positions on social media platforms such as JobThai, Facebook, JobsDB, etc.
-Develop training plans to enhance employees' knowledge and skills in line with the company’s needs.
-Coordinate with lecturers or relevant training agencies to arrange and conduct training programs.
