• Has expertise in design Develop new products

• Experience in similar product or consumer product (daily used)

• Oversee for competitor analysis and market trends.

• Co-ordinate with cross functional teams (Marketing ,Production , Purchasing, QC)

• New product cost analysis and control

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or any related field

• Experience in R&D Experience in similar product or consumer product (FMCG)

• Strong Leadership skills, Solving problem.

• Understand with Hygiene products

• Positive attitude
