Position : Sales representative

◆Job description
• Maintain good relationship existing customers
• Receive and analyze PO and FC from customers by email or from EDI and input into MRP system
• Coordinate with production planning manager (Japanese) to confirm delivery schedule
• Monitor daily updates from production / QC team, and issue delivery instruction to logistic and warehouse team on site if 
necessary
• Negotiate schedule or air arrangements with customer if necessary
• Generate shipping documents from MRP system, coordinate with shipping team and inform to customers 
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager

◆Requirements. 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service and in automotive industries
• Good command of English & Thai, Japanese is advantaged 
• Familiar with MS Office (MS word, especially Excel & PowerPoint)
• Good team player, willing to learn and flexible
