Job offer: ​Regional Technical Manager – Animal Nutrition

Our client, a global leader in speciality nutrition products for animal feed and farm markets, is seeking a Technical Manager to oversee the Asia Pacific region. This role, remotely based from any location in South East Asia, requires period travel throughout the region and reports to the Regional Sales Director.

The Technical Manager will provide technical and scientific support for the Asia sales teams, managing technical presentations, seminars, and participation at scientific conferences. They will oversee product application, positioning, and trials based on regional conditions, acting as the interface between product management teams in Europe and sales colleagues in Asia.

We're seeking a candidate with a technical background in animal nutrition (poultry ideally) and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be able to travel and build strong relationships between Europe HQ Product Managers and Asia customers and sales teams.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Agriculture Science, Veterinary Medicine or equivalent

• At least 5+ years experience in a technical role from the animal nutrition / feed industry.

• Poultry focus would be highly advantageous, but not essential.

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Well organized team player with self-initiative.

• Fluent in English.

• Willingness to travel.
