Payroll Specialist

Our client is a newly set up manufacturing company. They are looking for a potential candidate who can fulfill their requirement as following;

Location:                     Chon Buri 

Business Type:            Manufacturing

Working day:                Mon – Fri 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate payroll records, including deductions, allowances, leave records, and overtime.

• Process payroll of employees in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner every month.

• Respond to any employee inquiries regarding payroll-related matters and

• Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee payroll information

• Proficient in utilizing an automated payroll system to process payroll efficiently and generate reports for the head department as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven working experience in the Payroll function 

• Knowledge of HR systems and databases

• Proficient in MS Excel, V-Look, Payroll system – BIPO
