Question for Department of Public Welfare (DPW)

Sa-wat-dee-krub. I am an Australian citizen. I adopted my son from Thailand in 2000 and he was under the care of DPW. Am I able to view his file on your records when I travel to Thailand later this year please?
Do you still have that information from that period?
