Review of Pilot Purely Tour Ltd

Do not use this company.

I made a booking with this operator for a taxi to Bangkok airport. I paid 500 Baht up front but the taxi never turned up. We waited an extra half an hour for it and were told by our hotel that the taxis are often up to an hour late when booked through this company and waiting any longer would mean we would miss our flight. We then had to find and pay for another taxi which cost us a lot because we were having to get one from the street and do it in a rush. It was a distressing experience and we only just managed to catch our flight.

When I contacted the company asking for a refund and an explanation I was ignored.

The worst service I have received in Thailand.
